What data we process
We process the data you voluntarily send us through the contact form, by email or via WhatsApp: name, company, country, email address and the details of the deal you describe. The form does not store data on the website: it sends it directly to our business email. We do not create user accounts.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry, assess the deal, verify counterparties in line with our compliance policy (including sanctions list screening) and, if a deal goes ahead, manage the business relationship. The legal basis is your own request, the performance of a potential contract and our legal compliance obligations.
How long we keep it
For as long as the business relationship lasts and, afterwards, for as long as needed to meet legal obligations or handle possible claims. Inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted within a reasonable period.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data. Our technical providers (web hosting, email and, if you contact us that way, WhatsApp) may access it solely to provide their service, as may authorities where required by law. As a U.S. company, your data is processed in the United States; if you contact us from another country, you accept that international transfer so we can handle your inquiry.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or restrict or object to its use, by writing to business@nexistradepartners.com. If you live in the European Union, you may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
Browsing data
This website does not use analytics or advertising tools. Our hosting provider may log basic technical data (such as IP addresses) for security and server operation.
We recommend not sending identity documents or banking details in your first contact.
